The challenge
Source My Parts had 10+ sales staff all watching a single inbox for enquiries, supplier requests, and team comms. Important stuff was getting buried and response times were blowing out.
What we built
We built Source My Parts an AI-powered email triage system. It analyses every incoming email, scans attachments, and checks whether the client is already being handled by a consultant, automatically routing it to them if so. For new enquiries, the AI reviews whether all necessary information has been provided. If something is missing, it follows up automatically. Once everything is in order, it hands the lead straight to a sales consultant for quoting.
